We have an account that is marked on SP as "Account on Hold", but it isnt on hold in X-Suite.

It sounds like the account was on hold in your back-office system at the time that the data was last extracted from it and uploaded to the cloud.

To be fair, I haven't received a private mail from you so haven't had anything to investigate.
However, I'm aware that you contacted our service desk, have had a few exchanges with them regarding this issue, and it has been established that the issue lies with the data extraction process in X~Suite, not with Sales Presenter. I recommend that you continue to correspond with the service desk if the issue hasn't yet been resolved.
