Missing product data

A couple of our users have reported that there are some products that do not have any data visable apart from the item number. It is when they are in a catalogue and taking an order. There is no product data under the item apart from the item number. If they tap on the item then they are chucked out of the App. I am also using the same Cloud data, but i do not have the missing information on the products that they gave me as examples.
When i was given examples of this yesterday by a different user the following day when they updated the problem was rectified, but this is an issue as they cannot order these products.

Re: Missing product data

This sounds memory related. Please see topic http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=149

Re: Missing product data

Not all of the items have missing product data only random item numbers. This is a different problem that you sent me a link to. No message of "Low memory" is appearing.

Re: Missing product data

Is this consistent? i.e. it is always the same information that is not appearing for the same products or does it appear random?

Re: Missing product data

It is different numbers.
I had also asked the user to "Force a full download" and this has fixed the problem with the missing data. So surely it must have been a data issue?
One other thing that i thought could have caused the problem is not "Forcing a full download" after the App update?

Re: Missing product data

Random errors usually do point to low memory issues at that moment in time.

Forcing a full download was probably a good idea in case the data upload/processing glitch you experienced with X~Suite last wednesday night was a contributing factor.

Re: Missing product data

In this case they had been doing regular updates so i dont think in this case last week affected this issue. If a user was downloading from the cloud while the data was being processed what sort of data would they get? Previous data process or the current one?
