Re: Cant use catalogues

Does this happen if when the user goes into a specific catalogue or any catalogue?

Does this happen when selecting a catalogue during product enquiry or during order entry? If during order entry does this happen when working with a specific customer or any customer?

Does this happen after a low memory warning?

Re: Cant use catalogues

It happens when going into Product Catalogue button and selecting any catalogue. They hadnt gone into customers to start an order.

No mention of a low memory warning.

Re: Cant use catalogues

I have a better description from the user now: If they press the catalogue button they get chucked out of SP. If they press customers they can select a customer, but after pressing lines they get chucked out of SP.

Re: Cant use catalogues

ok, so to be clear then it's when pressing the Product Catalogues button on the front screen and when pressing the Lines button when creating or amending an order.

In both instances, this is loading up the product browser screen.

It may be memory related (since I understand your reps are using 1st generation iPads). I've just tested this against your data on a 1st gen device and the product browser screen loads and I can browse products and catalogues ok.

Do the reps also have any other apps open in the background? Does this issue still happen if Sales Presenter is the only app running?
