is there any update on this? having got the app up and running we are very impressed with it however not being able to edit info, is very frustrating to say the least

You can edit customer details once you have configured, via your cloud account, the ability to do so. Please see the following topic for more information http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=710

I would also like an update on this. Our agents find it a pain not being able to update basic information. New to SP but its been mentioned twice.

As mentioned in our previous post in this topic, you can edit customer details in SalesPresenter once you have configured the ability to do so via your cloud account.
