Support for the Blue Alligator applications

While using the Sales Presenter in the field (even though they have a lot of memory/space) a message saying "Low Battery Warning" regularly flashes up on the Sales Teams IPads and takes on average three hits on the "Dismiss" button to get rid of it - is this a common occurrence using this system? If so, is there anything that can be done?

While an iPad may have 16, 32 or 64GB of storage space this does not relate to the amount of memory the device has in which to run both the operating system and any apps. Most applications simply crash when the device runs out of available memory, whereas we display a message to give users the opportunity to close other applications to free up some memory.
