Hi I upgraded SP today on iPAD 1 and i find out that Family codes are wrong assigned ( ie. FC2 is in FC1) also product are assigned to wrong FC. I checked it on iPAD2 and it's look ok.

Your device appears to have all of the correct information, so your description of your issue leads us to believe that you may be encountering memory issues on your device (especially given it's an iPad 1).
To avoid memory issues on your devices, please ensure that the user closes all other applications when using Sales Presenter. Rebooting the device may also help to clear any previous memory-related issues on the iPad. This is especially important on the older iPads which have far fewer resources to work with than the newer devices.
