How can we show the delivery date on the order acknowledgement?
Offline
You can configure what appears on the order acknowledgement via the Configuration->Order Acknowledgement section of the cloud account.
Due dates can be shown as a column against each product (since each line on an order could potentially have different due dates).
If attempting to show a large number of columns you may need to play around with the column widths - any column that goes off the right-hand side of the page will not appear on the order acknowledgement.

Is the "Due Date" field on the order creation screen editable? We would like to change this to show "Delivery Date" instead of due date.
Offline
Unfortunately the label for the due date on that screen is not editable. The only place it can be changed is on the order acknowledgement.

We are able to change the due date on the "Creating New Order" section - however it then doesn't appear on the Order Acknowledgment ....Can you let me know what we are doing wrong please?

Due dates are shown as a column against each product on the order acknowledgement (since each line on an order could potentially have different due dates).
I can see that your order acknowledgement is currently configured to show the following columns:
Item
Description
Pack Size
Qty
Unit
Total Qty
G.Price
Discount %
N.Value
Due
Latest
Barcode
If attempting to show a large number of columns you may need to play around with the column widths or reduce the number of columns that you're showing - any column that goes off the right-hand side of the page will not appear on the order acknowledgement.
These columns are shown in the above order so if, for example, the last column that you're seeing is "N.Value" then this means you do not have enough space on the line for the "Due", "Latest" and "Barcode" columns.

Is it now possible for the Reps to be able to change the delivery address (if different) when writing an order in the field?

From version 1.4.3 of Sales Presenter it is possible to edit customer details from within Sales Presenter. Please see the following topic for more information: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=710
