We have 2 orders still on the cloud that were taken on the same iPad. They are on an iPad that has an occasional use licence. Why have these not downlaoded when they have the order download module?

The 2 orders were uploaded to the cloud before the order download module had been activated on the iPad. The orders have now been made available for download.

Modules were activated 16th August and orders were taken in september.

According to our records the modules were activated on "Showroom's iPad (4)" after being removed from "Catherine's iPad" on 13th of September. The orders were taken on the 3rd of September.
