Re: Edit Customer details

Customer details aren't backed up as such.

Existing customer accounts in Sales Presenter come from the customer CSV file you upload to your cloud account.

For new customer accounts created in Sales Presenter, their details appear on the order acknowledgement paperwork so that you can create the customer account in your system before you process the order.

For users importing orders into their system from the cloud, one of the fields that can be imported indicates whether the order is for an existing or new customer account. This gives you the ability to automate the customer account creation if the order import function in your system allows this.

Re: Edit Customer details

I have just uploaded our customer list, but only 500 customers have uploaded. Is there a limit to the no. of customers. How do I upload the rest? Thanks for your help..

Re: Edit Customer details

There is no limit to the number of customers and products that you can have.

Can you try the Force a full download option within the download manager in Sales Presenter then perform a Download from Cloud. Let us know whether the customers then appear or not - we can then investigate this.

Re: Edit Customer details

ok, sounds like there was a glitch during the initial download of data to the iPad. We'll take a look to see if there is anything we can do to tighten up this area of the app.
