Hello,
I am trying to enter an order using an iPod touch using the rapid entry screen it lets me enter 2 products fine then when I enter the qty on the third product and press done the app just closes when I go back in to the order only the first two products are on it. It then lets me enter another 2 products and the same thing happens again.
Also I cannot use the camera as a scanner on the ipod.
Regards
Paul

I'm guessing that you're running SP on a 4th generation iPod touch.
The camera specification of 0.7 Mega Pixels on this device is not really up to the job of scanning barcodes in SP. For this device we would recommend using a bluetooth barcode scanner. A list of recommended devices can be found in the following topic http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=314
Also, this device has limited memory resources available (similar to a 1st generation iPad). While we are constantly attempting to reduce the memory footprint that is needed for SP with each update the dropouts may be being caused by a lack of available memory. We recommend that you ensure that no other apps are running while you're using SP. Please see the following topic for more information: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=64

Thanks for the reply,
I have now closed all other apps running on the ipod which improves the situation slightly but it now crashes after every 6 products added to the order.
I have looked at your device compatibility list and the ipod touch 4g is listed the only limitation stated is that of the inability to use the camera as a scanner.
