I believe I will need to increase the size of my cloud to at least 1gb. I have one company sending me a file of images around 880mb. These will probably need to be reduced in size, however with my other companies also sending images, I expect I will use more than the 500mb. Can you give me a cost on 1gb, 1.5gb & 2gb. Also, how long will that take to organise eg. can you do it within a day.....and can we do it via email, instaed of the forum.

How many images are you anticipating you will need to upload?
The current 500MB storage limit should be sufficient for approximately 15,000 JPG images at a resolution of 768x768, which is the maximum resolution that any uploaded image will automatically be resized to prior to being downloaded to the iPad (please see the topic http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=18 for more information).
Are you in a position to resize your images before uploading them? Uploading images that are far in excess of this 768x768 resolution will just eat up your storage area without having any effect on the quality of the image being displayed in Sales Presenter.

We have just implemented a change to the way that we calculate the cloud storage usage for images to the benefit of users.
Since uploaded images with a resolution higher than 768x768 are automatically resized before they are downloaded to an iPad, the storage usage calculation now works with the size of the resized image rather than the originally uploaded image.
The "Manage Images" page of your cloud account now shows both the original and resized image file sizes.
In your situation you currently have uploaded approx 21.5MB of images. After resizing, this now counts as just 1.23MB towards your storage usage. You will notice your usage figure has dropped accordingly on your cloud home page.

Many Thanks...problem solved.
I have a file of 3500 images in JPG format that are at least 4 times bigger than they need be. Do you know of a programme or app that I could use/buy that will resize these in bulk....ie not have to resize each individually. I only have a 3G connection; though 7 GB a month. It works OK, however less upload volume would be an advantage.
