Using iOs 6, Sales Presenter Version 1.2.0
After creating an order, I try and upload into the cloud and the app shuts down completely.

Is this with any order or just a specific order? You can test this by putting the order on hold (so it won't be uploaded to the cloud) then raising another order and trying to upload that one (possibly using a different customer account in case it's due to a data-related issue with a specific customer account).
I'm assuming that the order acknowledgement PDF looks ok when you view it on the iPhone.

Hi,
It looks like it was just 2 invoices that were stuck, as after putting both of these on hold, the remaining orders have gone through - thanks!
Incidentally the 2 orders in question were created using SP Controller - not sure if there's a link or not?

Very strange. Not sure that SP Controller is the culprit here though since any orders would have been created on the iPad rather than on the iPhone when in SP Controller mode.

We've found an issue where SP shuts down when attempting to upload an order (or preview its PDF) for a delivery address that is no longer in the database. Not sure if the same scenario applies in your case. We've detailed a workaround in the following topic http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=317
