Hi we have the "spare ipad" which we used at the show. There are 14 orders on it that need to be uploaded everytime I click on upload orders it just takes me back to the sales presenter icon. Also it wont let me email the orders that are on there.

Can you put the oldest unexported order on hold (i.e. the one with the lowest order number) to prevent it from being uploaded and try to upload the orders again. This will determine whether or not it's an issue with a specific order. If the other orders upload ok then it looks like there is something funny with that particular order.

Hi I did what you said and it worked for 13. When we look to preview the first one that we put on hold it goes back to SP logo. Its order number 1 for Kismet. thanks

ok it sounds like there is something dodgy about that particular order, but it's difficult to say what without taking a look in the database.
Is it an order that was taken at the show or was it an order from a while ago? It would be worth using the Force a Full Download option then performing a download from the cloud before attempting to upload the order again (after taking it off hold) to see if it then uploads ok.

Yes it was taken at the show on Sunday. Tried to do force a full download and nothings happening.

After using the Force a full download option you will need to run the Download from Cloud option.

While you're unable to preview the order PDF, will the system let you go in to amend the order? If so, I'd recommend going through the order and replicating it on another iPad so you can upload it from there, while we figure out what has happened.

Upon investigation, this issue was due to the delivery address number for the order no longer being in Sales Presenter.
We will ensure that Sales Presenter copes with this situation in the next update.
In the meantime, the workaround is to create a copy of the order, selecting the required delivery address, and uploading that instead.
1. Select the order. You'll see that the delivery address is shown as "Address no longer on record".
2. Tap Copy.
3. Ensure the required delivery address is ticked then tap Create Order.
4. On the order header screen, tap Finish.
5. Check that you can preview the new order ok, then delete the original order. The new order can be uploaded ok.
