Hi,
why sb catalog not filter the product?
i make field mapping on product.csv in this way:
FamilyCode1 1st optional family code to be used to categorise the product. Field 3-Category
FamilyCode2 2st optional family code to be used to categorise the product. Field 4-SubCategory
But catalog on category push button and on subcategori push button not show any product.
On file mappings:
FamilyCodes
Product Family Codes
i not put any file!

You will need to upload a FamilyCodes CSV file in order to use family codes.
The following topic describes how to set the system up to use family codes: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=94

Since you have set up the family code fields in your "products" CSV file you do not need to use the "product family codes" CSV file.
However, you still need to set up a "family codes" CSV file as described in the instructions on the topic mentioned above.

Setting up the family codes for each product in your "products" CSV is ok.
However, you must set up a "family codes" CSV file before you can use the filter buttons in SP.
Please try to go through the topic mentioned above regarding the setting up of family codes.
There is also a sample ZIP file containing our demonstration data available in the downloads section of this website. Have a look at how we set up the family codes in the products.csv and familycodes.csv files.
The familycodes.csv file contains a list of all the family codes that we've set up against products in the products.csv file.
