Have set up TermsConditions.pdf and tried to add as attachment to order (ex .pdf)
Shows blank after update and does not attach to order?

Can you try configuring the PDF again in the Configuration->Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account. It should no longer show blank after you click on Update.
