I have ticked the box in Configuration / order entry / the ability to change entry unit when inputting quantities. The problem is that the price doesnt automatically adjust to the inner price when that type of entry unit is selected. (I would like it to work the same as our PDA's)
Also is it possible to remove quantity types from the option box that appears. As i want to remove Pieces and pack and just leave Carton and Inners?

Sales Presenter doesn't currently allow for unit-specific pricing. This item is on our development wish list.
Also, it's not possible to remove any units that aren't required. We will add the ability to enable/disable units in a future update.

Any news on this issue? As you might be aware we have had problems with data coming into X-Suite from Sales Presenter.

This item is still on our wish-list but we don't currently have a timescale for it.
The issue that you had recently was unrelated to this though - the order import process within X~Suite was assuming an order had been placed using the preferred selling unit set up in X~Suite against the customer rather than working with the selling unit that was actually selected in SP.

Difficult to get my head around that.
We were selecting inners on SP and they were coming into X-Suite as pieces. Earlier in the year they were coming in as inners. So it used to be working correctly and now it isnt until it is fixed as i understand.

The order import process within X~Suite originally worked with the selling unit that was selected in SP.
Earlier this year a change was made (incorrectly) to the import process which meant it assumed from that point on that all imported orders are being placed using the preferred selling unit set up in X~Suite.
I understand that this was explained to your company yesterday by the X~Suite service desk and that the issue is being addressed.

Is there any news on this time scale?
