Hi All,
Winder if anyone can help me. Whenever sending an order confirmation (or indeed any mail generated from within the sales presenter app) the e-mail opens up showing the body, an icon for the attachment then the user configured signature. However when sent the mails arrive at their destination missing the signature.
Does anyone have a fix for this/ any idea what we have configured incorrectly?

This appears to be an issue with the mail application in iOS6. It looks like it removes email signatures from emails that contain attachments.
You can test this by going into the photos app, choosing a photo and select the option to email it to yourself. You'll see the email signature in the "compose email" screen but when you physically receive the email, the signature may have disappeared.
Apple are currently beta-testing iOS 6.1 so this may be one of the issues they're addressing.
