Trying to upload orders to cloud and while SP starts to display uploading SP then gets to the end of the process and confirms 0 of 48 orders uploaded. I will then login to my cloud and find these orders have not been uploaded.
Am I trying to upload too many orders?
I have seen reference to this sort of activity before in the forum but it refers to missing or removed product. I am not aware this should have happened at this time of the year on any of my CSV product file uploads.
Any ideas to what may be causing this?

There is no limit to the number of orders that can be uploaded in one go.
We're currently investigating this issue and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can you create a new dummy order and use the Upload Orders to Cloud option again. I suspect (or rather hope!) that this order uploads ok, while the existing 48 still fail. Can you let us know whether this is the case?

We've made a change to the cloud server-side order upload process which we believe may resolve your issue. Let us know whether your orders upload ok now or if it's still a problem for you.

Sorry for the delay Administrator... I've been out on the road getting orders.
I can confirm that all 48 orders have uploaded and the additional ones. Back to normal now, Thank you.

No worries.
We'd found (and corrected) an issue where the order upload process on the cloud was rejecting orders that were created in version 1.1.7 (or earlier) of Sales Presenter but uploaded to the cloud via version 1.1.8.
