Make sure you have also uploaded rep and location data files and configured your field mappings for both files (remembering to run the Process Files option after you've set your field mappings up).
You will then need to use the Login option within Sales Presenter to select a rep and location to log into. Once logged in, you should be able to access the various options such as Customers, Product Catalogues and Order History.

The product that you have in the system will be removed automatically when you next process a new products.csv file that doesn't include that product.

Make sure that your image filenames match your products - you can double-check the filenames of the images uploaded to your cloud account using the Manage Files option on your cloud account home page.
For example, if you've got the product ABC then you'll want to upload an image file such as ABC.jpg or ABC.png

Your catalogue products.csv file is the file that associates products (defined in your products.csv file) with catalogues (defined in your catalogues.csv file).
Make sure there's an entry in your catalogues.csv file for each catalogue code you reference in catalogue products.csv and that there's an entry in your products.csv file for each product code you reference in catalogue products.csv

If only one catalogue isn't showing then double-check that the catalogue code is identical in both your catalogues.csv and catalogue products.csv files.

There's no right or wrong way to set up your catalogues and/or family codes as different users will want to present the products to their customers in different ways.

Hi I have checked and double checked my last upload but cant see it in my menue can you have a look please

This is caused by a bug introduced into version 1.1.8 last week that doesn't show product codes that contain a decimal point in them when you select a catalogue (or family code).
We will be submitting a minor update to Apple shortly which addresses this (and a couple of other issues that have been found).

thanks for that, Can you tell me how to get my logo to appear on the top of orders generated

In the Configuration->Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account there are four settings that you need to set in order to show your logo at the top of the order acknowledgement.
First, tick the box to say you want to output your company logo on the order acknowledgement.
Next, specify the name of the logo image file that you've uploaded to your cloud account. Do not include the file extension (e.g. if you uploaded the image file mylogo.jpg then simply specify mylogo).
Finally, set the maximum pixel width and height that you want your logo to occupy on the acknowledgement. You will probably need to experiment with the width and height until you're happy with the look.
Whenever you change the configuration settings, simply perform a Download from Cloud on the iPad - the latest configuration is always downloaded from your cloud account at the start of each download cycle.

There are no passwords set up against the sales reps in the demonstration database so you can simply leave the password field blank when logging in.

Hello, I have uploaded a Product Catalogue with my CSV file BUT about 4 products have no data, and the only thing I can see that is odd is that the Item name starts with a speech mark "
There is no price and there is an image. There are also some odd items that are NOT on the CSV. I have checked the CSV and this " mark is not there and I have even deleted that item in the CSV and re input..
I have re loaded by Force a Full Download etc.

Make sure that you don't have any erroneous information in your products.csv file (such as blank lines, sub-headings) - each line in the file is treated as a product record
