Support for the Blue Alligator applications

We have unconfirmed orders on our X-Suite database. On SP it is showing the quantity purchased, but because there isnt a due date yet it is showing the order date. Can this be corrected so that is show "unknown or something similar?

The PO due date that SP displays against a product is simply the value that has been uploaded to the cloud from the back-office system.
