The filenames you use for your product images are important - they need to be associated with the product.
The default option is to ensure you use the following format:
<product code>.<format>
Where <product code> is the value that you've set up as the product code field mapping for your product file.
and <format> is the format of the image (such as jpg, bmp, gif or png).
For example, the filename for the product PROD1 could be PROD1.jpg
