Items not showing on ipad

I've uploaded all my files to the cloud and then done a full download on the ipad, but ipad only says one stock item. have read all the manuals but cannot see what I'm doing wrong

Can you double-check your field mappings? This sort of sympton (only one record showing) usually points to no field mappings being set up for a file.

The file mappings screen in your cloud account should show you how many fields have been mapped and how many records you should expect to see in Sales Presenter.
