So my question was, we aren't receiving order acknowledgements at all. I assume the should goto the address in http://www.bacapps.co.uk/cloud/configor … ement.aspx "Your email Address", ive checked the spam folder and tried other mail addresses but still nothing.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

I have an image that is not linking to its item number. I have over 900 images successfully loaded but this item seems to be a problem. i have deleted and realoaded the image and the item, forced a full download and downloaded the image from a different source.
am i doing something wrong?
i will give you the item number by separate email upon receipt

You can use the E-mail option in the administrator box to the left of this post to send a private message containing details of the problem item and image. We can then investigate this.

You can force the downloading of a "stubborn" image by performing the following steps (in strict sequence):
1. Delete the image from your cloud account. Use the Manage Files option in the product images section of the home page of your cloud account. Select the image and hit the Delete option.
2. Perform a Download from Cloud on your iPad. Since the image has been deleted from your cloud account it will be physically deleted from your iPad during this process.
3. Upload the image to your cloud account again.
4. Perform a second Download from Cloud on your iPad. The freshly uploaded image should now be downloaded to your iPad ok.
