Back Orders on the Cloud not being calculated in App

Hello
I have uploaded orders from the iP SP to the cloud to process in our Back Office, however, now the data in the iP has re-set the On Sales back to Zero, surely it should take into consideration the orders I have uploaded so I know how many of a product I have sold.

I have ticked the bottom part of the configuration to take these into consideration but it doesn't seem to work.

Help Please?!

The option only takes "live" orders on your cloud account into consideration. A live order is considered to be one that's pending download to the back-office system or has been downloaded to the back-office system after your product upload file was last processed (since it's assumed that the on sales figure in your product upload file includes the figures from orders downloaded to the back-office system before that time).

Thank you for your response, I think I understand, however it doesn't solve my problem. I want to use sp to show me if I have enough stock to cover all pending sales orders. I don't intend to interface with quick books as the number of orders is currently to small to Justify the cost, so I shall type them in. Also, the version of quick books I use doesn't tell me if I have the stock to cover pending orders. Is there an easy way to get want I want?

The only way that you're going to achieve this since you're unable to get any pending sales figures from the back-office is to manage pending orders on the iPad itself.

Sales Presenter can be configured to automatically place new orders on hold as they're created. This prevents them from being accidently uploaded to your cloud account and they will therefore remain part of your local "on sales" figure within Sales Presenter. When an order is no longer pending, you'd need to take the order off hold and upload it to your cloud account to remove it from your local sales figure.

You'd need to turn on the configuration option to include figures from live orders on the iPad in the on sales figure within Sales Presenter.

You'd need to turn off the configuration option to include figures from live orders on your cloud account.
