Copy order function features

When using the copy function are there any other features that i am not aware of? Can i only copy the order exactly the same for the same account number and address?
Would be helpful if it could be copied to another account number, address or to change the dates for an order.

Re: Copy order function features

The copy process varies slightly depending on factors such as whether the order is a single delivery address or multi-delivery address order and whether the customer account has multiple delivery addresses.

For a single delivery address order for a customer that only has one delivery address the copy function creates a new order for the same address.

For a single delivery address order for a customer that has multiple delivery addresses, a pop-up appears allowing you to select the address that you want to use for the new order being created.

For a multi-delivery address order the copy function creates a new order for the same addresses.

In all instances, the order date for the newly created order will be set to "today" and you simply amend any other details of the order in the normal way, as required.

At the moment, the copy function only allows you to copy orders within the same customer account. However, the ability to copy single delivery address orders between customer accounts has been developed and we anticipate this being made available in the next update.

Re: Copy order function features

With version 1.1.6, released in the App Store today, you can now copy orders between customer accounts.
