Paired new rep ok yesterday and tested. Today when in create order and hit @lines@ goes straight out to i-pad home page not catalogue?
Also slight diferences with numbers of products and customers in system

Checking the cloud data it looks like you should have 592 customers and 695 products in the system.
Have you set any rep restrictions since this can reduce the number of customers that appear?
Try using the Force a full download option then performing another download from the cloud to see if the expected numbers then appear.
As far as the crash goes, check to see if this still happens after performing the full download.

I have taken a look at the CSV files that are being uploaded. There is still some funny data in the product CSV file that may give unexpected results on the iPad. See the following topic for more information: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=156
Once the data has been corrected it may be an idea to perform a Reset Database followed by a download on each iPad to remove the funny entries from the database.

Have set up another i-pad.Twice have reset and done full download
Differences are as follows (Current v new)
593 customers v 592
695 products v 659
Filter data -all matches except
246 family code lookups v 238
As filter data looked different reset filters and full download (so now = 3) but still same figures?

Looking at your cloud data, the 592 customers, 659 products and 238 family code lookups on the new iPad match the number of records in the cloud.
If your previous iPad has 593 customers in it then I believe a new customer has been created directly on the iPad.
The difference in products will be down to issues with the data early on in the setup (which then affects the family code lookup figure). Please note there are still issues with your product CSV file (please see my previous post in this topic).
