Hello,
I have installed the latest version of the app (v1.1.5) the whenever I upload orders to the cloud the ordere upload fine but then the app just closes with no message and I have to relaunch the app.

This is caused by there being a live order that Sales Presenter is trying to export that has a product on it that no longer exists in your product data set.
The Upload to Cloud process fails before the order gets marked as Exported, meaning that you can repeatedly attempt to upload it (causing duplicate orders to appear in your cloud account).
If you view the PDF for the order in your cloud account you will see one or more product lines that have no description. These are the products that no longer exist.
We will make the app cope with this scenario in the next version. In the meantime you should either reinstate the product if it was removed in error (by uploading a new product data set to your cloud account, running Process Files then performing a download from the cloud) or prevent Sales Presenter from attempting to upload the order to your cloud account by putting it on hold or deleting it.

I have put the order on hold as it would not let me delete it as pressing delete also causes the app to close.

Ah, good point. Exporting an order and deleting an order both go through a common piece of logic and it's within this logic that the crash occurs.
