Sorry. I have created a bunch of test customers. Now I don't know how to delete them.

If you have created a new customer account within Sales Presenter then you can delete that account via the Customer Enquiry screen as long as there are no orders for the account (although you can delete the orders first then delete the customer account).
If the customer account came from your customer upload file, via the Blue Alligator cloud, then you can simply remove the account from your next customer upload file and the deletion will work its way down to the iPad.

Main Screen I press customers
Press Customers - All - then select a customer. I don't see any delete button

Ah, you will need to use Sales Presenter in landscape mode. A delete button will appear under the list of customers.
