Is there a way of filtering data for particular iPads other that rep/customer data? Eg. If i wanted 1 particular ipad to have cost price and even supplier details?

This is managed on a rep-by-rep basis, not for a particular iPad.

So if in X-Suite the rep was selected to see cost price and the iPad was set to the rep code they would see the cost price?

Almost. It is determined on a rep-by-rep basis rather than an iPad basis so it would depend on which rep you log in as within Sales Presenter.
However, the rep restrictions in the cloud for an iPad will determine which rep records will be downloaded to the iPad in the first place (and therefore control which reps you can actually log in as).
If your rep restrictions for an iPad are configured to download reps A, B and C to the iPad and rep C can see the cost price then logging in as rep C will show the cost price but logging in as reps A or B won't show the cost price.

If the rep resetriction for an iPad is only one code and that code can see the cost price then only that iPad can see the cost price? As long as no other iPad can access that rep code.

That is correct.
If only one rep code is configured to see the cost price and the rep restrictions are set up so that only one iPad can see that rep code then this will work as you wish.
