Hi:
I know at one stage salespresenter was looking at being able to add transport/delivery.cartridge charges on an order as a seperate item like VAT.
Has this been allocated, or is it part of a separate module

Delivery charge calculations for SalesPresenter is still part of our development plan, so hasn't yet been integrated, however it is in place for CloudCart. For now we'd recommend adding a product to your system, so that users can manually add the item and override the price at the end of the order before exiting Order Entry, whenever necessary.
Regarding your second question about adding Blue Alligator and SalesPresenter to your website - we're currently updating our guidelines in this area, so we will reach out to notify you via email once this has been finalised.
