Hi
I have just invested in a new Apple Mac Mini, and it seem to clash with uploads for Sales Presenter
I have my data in an excel file Running on a Windows desktop which is then converted to a CSV file and uploaded.
This works.
However when I download the data file onto my Apple Mini, and do any work on the file, Price Changes etc, using Excel, I then converted to a To CSV file, The upload becomes, It is unable to be read properly, some field positions are incorrect or linked on the screen.
Is there MABE a switch on the upload screen which needs a different setting
Many thanks

From our investigation we have found that there is a difference in how macOS handles csv files. When converting the file to csv you should use the "CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (.csv)" option in Excel for Mac rather than just "CSV".
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
