Cant Download from Cloud on Ipad

Just been doing some catalogue maintenance and when i tried to test on Ipad it returns the error "unable to syncronise - Please ensure you have an internet connecion"  .  I definately have an internet connection and it worked fine at 13:21 today.  Its the ipad named Icon - Alans Ipad.

I have tried on another device and seems to work fine .

Please advise.

The device mentioned is an unsupported model (iPad Air).
