Yesterday we experienced an issue that caused a visual bug on the Field Mappings screen in the Cloud. Our Development Team addressed it quickly, and the issue has now been resolved. If you view your mappings now, they should display as expected.

When I go into the File Mapping of my client base.
it shows 1 line with all column listed
i need to change a column listing but its not showing any of the separate columns

The Cloud cannot read the latest customer file due to a line break in the headings. It can be found in the last column of the file.
Please remove the line break and reupload the file to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the response.
I have checked both databases for
7105090001
and
7105160002
The customer data down loads,
However when looking at Mapping only a single line appears starting CSV.
In both cases when opening on an IPad, we see the account number only.
The account info is missing, the account logs on but there is no details Address etc showing.
I have all the rest of the I pads listed on hold until this can be resolved,

You need to address what we mentioned in our last post. The header row in the Customers file uploaded to your first Cloud account contains the following:
Account Code;Address No;Company Name;Store Name;Address 2;Town;County;Country Code;Country;Postcode;PhoneNo;FaxNo;MobileNo;EmailAddress;ContactName;RepCode;Price Stream;OnHold;Default Discount;Gross Price Adjuster;Currency Code;Balance;Current;30Day;60Day;90Days;120Day;Balance5;Auto Clear / hold; Credit Limit ;Primary Discount Code;Discount Code;Primary Price List;Price List;Delivery Address No;Invoice Address No;Notes To Customer;Buying Group;VAT Number;Customer Type;Terms;Back Orders;Use Qty Breaks;Qty Entry Unit;Initial Catalogue Code;Catalogue Group Code;Sales Tax Group;Product Exclusion Code;Min Ord Value;Payment Type;Settlement Discount;UF 6. Company Reg No;UF 7. Bankers;UF 8. # List;"UF 9.
Area Run"
You'll notice above that the last heading contains a line break, which is causing your issue. You need to remove the line break so that the last heading simply reads as UF 9. Area Run
The same issue is present in the second Cloud account, with the same heading containing a line break, though it isn't the last heading on that version of the file.
