We have issue with our Ipad data for pictures. No photos on sales presenter. If you search for any product code - they all coming up without pictures.
Also:
-If I search for a product code and click on it, Next PO due says product code rather than due date. Also, there is no picture of the product...
-When I click on Collection Name in Product Categories, there are pictures of products, but they should appear under Product button. Every day, we process our data the same way. The pictures were all working yesterday, except for one. The previous day no pictures were working at all, and again none of them are working now... it's happening quite often recently.

It sounds like the Products CSV file that was uploaded didn't match the Field Mappings previously set up. The mappings work to the positions of the columns of the file, so it is important to ensure that the sequence of columns doesn't change between uploads.
If experiencing issues such as those you've described, you should check the Field Mappings for the Products CSV file, found under the File Management > File Mappings section of your Cloud account. In that screen you can update the mappings if needed to take into account any changes made to the columns in the new file.
Once fixed, you can avoid this issue from reoccurring by activating the padlocks on the File Management > File Mappings screen. An activated padlock on a file type will mean that when attempting to upload a new version of that file type, the file will be rejected by the Cloud if it does not match the format of the previous file.
