Aren't dispatched quantity and invoiced quantity the same thing as we invoice once something has been dispatched. I dont have a field to use picked quantity.

This was a typo in the documentation and field mapping screen on the cloud account - it does in fact populate the "picked quantity" field on the iPad.
The documentation and field description in the cloud have now been corrected.
