Hello,
I had different product categories under my product catalog, but now, I can not see those categories any more. Can somebody advise how to fix the issue to bring the category back?

You should ensure that the category codes (whether this is FamilyCodes or Catalogues) match between files. These fields are case-sensitive.
In your instance there seems to be the catalogue "NEW" assigned to a number of products in the CatalogueProductMatrix.csv file, however in the Catalogues.csv file it is defined as "New", so the match is not being found. If you were to update your Catalogues.csv file to ensure the catalogue codes are all uppercase like in the CatalogueProductMatrix.csv file, you should find that these categories will appear again for you.
