Support for the Blue Alligator applications

Hi,
Taken over day to day responsibility for a company and although I have used Sales Presenter before, not be responsible for the administrative side.
I understand we have a master iPad and then two additional users iPads. The master iPad is going with the employee who is leaving and I have purchased a new iPad. How do I connect my iPad to our company database with Blue Alligator (yes I have downloaded the iPad software, paying the £24.99 fee) so I can download our catalogue.
Apologies for referring to master iPad, I am not sure what the difference is between the previous business owner's iPad access facilities and what goes on the other two iPads.

There shouldn't be any difference between the data that is being downloaded to the iPads connected to your Cloud account. However, if any Rep Restrictions have been applied to a device via the Registered Devices section of the Cloud account then that will affect which Rep the user can log in as, and affects the customers they can see too.
