Is it possible to download a list of orders by customer?
I am doing ssome database maintenance work and would like to identify a list of customers who have a login but have never ordered.
If I can download a list of order numbers with customer names and date this will enable me to run this against our database.

The details shown in the Orders page of your Cloud account when copied and pasted into a spreadsheet do maintain the structure and formatting, however this is of course a manual process.
Users of the Cloud Reports module are able to run an Order Summary report in their Cloud account, passing in a range of dates and other filters if necessary to return a full list of orders that have been raised. It is also possible to choose to Sub-Total the report by Customer, which gives the total value of orders placed by each customer in the date ranges given, handily output in Customer sequence. Let me know if you'd like our Sales Team to reach out with information on how you can get Cloud Reports added to your account, and I can then pass across your details to them.
