Customer forgotten password link from welcome screen

One of our customers has contacted us as the forgotten password link does not appear to be working.
We have tried this oursleve and no email is received.
Please could you check?

We can confirm from our logs that one of your users had a "Password Reminder" email successfully sent to them, followed shortly by a resend of the "Welcome" email successfully sent from your Cloud account.
The user should be sure to check all of their folders in the mailbox including Spam/Junk just in case their mailbox is being a bit overzealous when categorising the emails they should be receiving.
