Hi all, I have tried to set up 2 different catalogues to test, and the catalogue button doesn't appear when viewing products. My family codes are set up and working, but no catalogue button. When looking at database information, under filter data it says "2 Catalogues (0 Viewable)". How can i fix this please? Thanks.

Before a catalogue will be viewable, at least one valid product would need to be assigned to it via the Catalogue/Product Matrix file.
If you're sure that there should be at least one valid product against your catalogue, and if the application is still showing as "(0 Viewable)" in the Database Information screen, this might indicate that some product exclusions have previously been set up which might be affecting your catalogues.
