Data has been uploaded but not processed? Help!

If you are seeing one or more file marked with "No" under the "Processed?" column in the File Management > Manage Data Files section of your cloud account, this would generally indicate that either a new version of the file has been uploaded since the last time a Process Files was run, or perhaps a change was made to the Field Mappings of that file type after it was last processed. In either scenario, you will find that the Process Files button will be available to press via the File Management > Process Files section of your cloud account.
If you were to press the Process Files button, any errors with your files that would cause them not to be processed should be shown on screen. Can you try this and let us know if any error is shown?
