When you say "sent some orders", are you referring to the process of emailing order acknowledgements from the iPad, or are you attempting to upload them to the cloud via the Download Manager screen?

If it is the former (emailing order acknowledgements) then unfortunately we have little control over this aspect of the application as the PDF SalesPresenter generates along with a few other key details including the customer's email address and the email subject are simply passed to the Mail application and the entire process of emailing from that point is then handled by iOS.
If you're sure that everything is set up correctly for your email account in the Settings of your iPad, then it may indicate that you have an issue with your mail server and the emails may be sitting in your Outbox folder rather than the Sent folder - you can check this by going into your Mail application on your iPad. You'd also find that if you were to attempt to send a test email directly from there that you'd experience the same issue. You'd want to contact your email service provider if this is the case.
Usually though, issues such as these are a simple case of the password for the email account needing to be re-entered into the Mail section of the Settings application.


Alternatively if you meant that your orders are failing to upload to the cloud via the option in the Download Manager screen, you should be given an error message which should help identify what is causing the problem. If this is the case, can you share the error message?
