I have uploaded the products and catalogue details fine. Have uploaded the customer file but no records have been downloaded from the cloud. I have checked all the mappings and they appear correct. what have i done wrong?

By default, an iPad should see all customer records.
However, if you've set up a rep restriction (in your cloud account) for a particular iPad then only the customer records relating to that rep are downloaded to the iPad.
If no customers are appearing then I would suspect a rep restriction has been set up. In this instance, clear the restriction in the cloud account then force a full download in the Download Manager within Sales Presenter.
