Seems there was an error in submitting question.
Need to correct an error on the Availability colume in the Print Out.
It only shows as IN STOCK even though the actual stock is 0.

Sorry we have power outages which cause havoc with internet connections.
The question was.
My stock column in the CSV base says 0 or is blank yet when I print the order under availability it notes "In Stock"
I may have set a setting incorrectly.

The availability column determines that something is in stock if the figure hasn't gone negative. Usually if you'd want to show the stock level, it would be AFTER the quantity ordered has been taken into account, and therefore you would want to set the following configurations up as such in your cloud account:
Configuration > General
The calculation to be used to determine the 1st available stock figure
Set this to "In stock - Sales"
Configuration > General
Tick this box if you want the On Sales figures for products in SalesPresenter to include the figures from live orders on the iPad
This gives you a more accurate view of your available stock figures based on orders that you've taken in SalesPresenter but have yet to export to your cloud account.
It looks like you've already got this second option switched ON as needed.
This means that if you have 10 in stock for a product, and you also order 10 (making your 1st Available Stock Figure for the product equal zero) that the availability column on the order acknowledgement will show "In Stock" since you had enough to fulfil the ordered quantity. Of course, if you were to order 11 in this example then the availability column will instead be "No Stock" (or however you decide to configure this text) as there would not be enough stock to fulfil the ordered quantity.
