Is there anyway a message could be added to Cloud Cart checkout area to mention "please check order thoroughly before submitting order" ?

There are four lines of configurable text that can be shown on the last page of the Checkout screen in CloudCart. You can find these in the Configuration > Order Types section of your cloud account:
First line of optional text to display at the bottom of the order acknowledgement.
Second line of optional text to display at the bottom of the order acknowledgement.
Third line of optional text to display at the bottom of the order acknowledgement.
Fourth line of optional text to display at the bottom of the order acknowledgement.
As per the descriptions of these options, the original use of them was to output additional details on the order acknowledgements, but a secondary use was implemented to also show them on the Checkout screen in CloudCart.
