Support for the Blue Alligator applications

On 19th of May, local Melbourne AEST time, the Blue Alligator Cloud was unavailable or with severe interruptions.
All our Sales Reps with their Sales Presenters were not able to upload the orders to the cloud, similarly, hard or no access to the www.backups.co.uk during the period. After few attempts, some of the orders went through, some didn't.
15 mins ago, I finally managed to login.
Can you confirm that this was purely BA Cloud issue?
As this affects our operational capabilities, is there any back up method/process to maintain the operability between the Sales Presenter and the backend?

The data centre that the Blue Alligator Cloud is hosted on had a major network issue which affected the whole UK on the 19th. This was a very rare occurrence, and only the first time it has caused us to have that length of outage in 11 years of operation. The last outage experienced we had was for 45 minutes 6 years ago.
