Customer Accounts not uploading

Hi, I have uploaded a customer accounts list, but iPad shows half the accounts.
checked the Account code and address numbers, all look ok. cannot see what could be the problem.
Please help!!

You've set Rep Restrictions up against all of your connected devices via the Registered Devices section of your cloud account. This feature is designed to restrict which customers (based on the value of the RepCode for each account in the CustomerAccounts.csv file) each device has access to. If you wish to see all customers on one of your devices, you should remove the Rep Restrictions against that device.
