Hello,
Product Enquiry from Product Catalogue does not work, product images does not load, the screen is black. System can not work.
Please advise how to fix.

By default when you go into the Product Enquiry screen, zero products are returned as there are no filters selected. You can press the All button in the top-right corner of the screen to show all of your products. It looks like you've set up Catalogues correctly though, so you should also see a Catalogues button which you can use to filter to a set range of products.
If you would prefer to have products shown immediately when entering the Product Enquiry screen, you can use the following option in the Configuration > General section of your cloud account to choose which of your catalogues should be automatically selected:
Initial catalogue to show upon product enquiry or order entry
