hey the PDF file of my orders is secured, my customers want to add them notes on it and can't ,
please advise what is the security or permission code ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to remove the password protection from the order acknowledgement PDFs. It is possible however to download a CSV or XML version of the order via the cloud with the use of the Order Download module. If you would like more information on this I can pass your details onto our Sales Team.
