We have cloud cart customers setup with the default unit to be used when inputting quantities set to packs. Some of our customers need to order in pieces. We override the default setting on a per user basis. This works perfectly fine except if the customer adds additional users to their account. The additional users can only order according to the default cloud cart settings.
